To register, participants are required to fill in
the official registration form. A
photocopied form is acceptable.
Advanced registration is very much welcomed, and on-site registration
will only be entertained on a first come first serve basis depending on the
availability of seats. No refund will
be given for cancellation after 30th September 2001. Fees are payable in Malaysian Ringgit or US
Dollars by bank draft and bank transfer made payable to “BENDAHARI UPM”.
Personal cheques are acceptable only when drawn on a Malaysian Bank. Your
registration with sufficient personal information, together with the title of
your presentation and the fee will also be accepted via ordinary mail or
e-mail.
Upon receipt of the full fee, each participant will
be sent a formal notice, which he/she is required to produce when
registering for the conference.
Cancellation
No refund will be given for cancellation after 30th
September 2001. Cancelled registration
before 30th September 2001 will receive a refund minus RM50 for
administrative charges. Cancellation
must be notified in writing to the Secretariat. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
Substitution by another person will be allowed at no
additional cost.
