Taxonomy and Conservation
(Orchidaceae, Pteridophytes and Teijsmanniodendron – Labiatae)
Plant Taxonomy basically includes lower plants (Pteridophytes) to the most advance group of plants the
orchids (Orchidaceae), and also having research in
the Teak family (Verbenaceae/Labiatae) for the genus Teijsmanniodendron Koorders
for Malesian Region. The principal focus over the
past 7 years has been the diversity of orchids in limestone areas in
